Introduction





Our classes are made up of beginners and intermediate students. We usually begin the class with holding exercises (jing gong) to collect the energy. We continue with some preparatory movements for the dong gong which then lead to the moving exercise (dong gong) where we circulate the energy through the systems of meridians and energy centres. This is important since it is the flow of energy that brings about relaxation, health, well being and also healing.

Individual attention is given to each student. Everyone is encouraged to do what they can do at this point in time and at their own pace. There is no pressure to perform according to a certain standard. At the same time the results achieved are excellent and very encouraging.

We offer daytime and evening classes for all levels based on a once a week attendance. Each class lasts for 2 hours. And everybody is welcome to a free trial class to discover the power and beauty of Nei Gong.
